Our Transition to Practice programs for nursing offer specialized, hands-on training and continuing education to support you as you pursue the next step in your journey.

New Graduate Nurse Residency Program

Our pediatric nurse residency program provides hands-on training for recent graduates to build their skills and start their careers in pediatric nursing. This program is cohort-based and open to nurses who’ve graduated from an accredited nursing program within the past 12 months before the program’s start date.
