Our only issue was the wait time. We were seen by the provider almost 2 hours after our appointment time, which is completely in-acceptable. We have jobs and responsibilities to get back to, which I had to frantically start canceling while waiting in the exam room with an increasingly fussy, bored, and overtired baby. I work in healthcare and understand that a day can get derailed. But having no idea what was going on was the frustrating part. There need to be different scheduling protocols, better staffing, something. Bc that was ridiculous. And I do not blame the provider for it. I'm sure he was equally overwhelmed. The issue lies in how the providers are scheduled and the lack of support for managing crises.
